1. Acceptance and application scope
These Terms of Service govern Termicapital Internal Tools, a private application operated for internal business use by Termicapital. The application has no public registration, customer subscription, or external user accounts. Access is limited to authorized Termicapital personnel and technical operators.
Use of a connected Google account also remains subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, and account controls. The application’s data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Google services and account control
The application supports approved internal workflows involving Google Ads, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Search Console, site verification, and YouTube. The available functions depend on the permissions granted by the connected account.
The Google account holder retains control of the account and may revoke access at any time. Revocation may prevent the application from completing future workflows. Termicapital does not guarantee that a Google service, permission, quota, or API will remain available.
4. Google Ads keyword-planning scope
The Google Ads workflow supports keyword research for Termicapital’s own Search campaign and landing-page planning. It retrieves account discovery information, keyword ideas, and historical planning metrics. It does not create, edit, launch, or manage advertising campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, audiences, billing, or third-party Google Ads accounts.
Keyword volumes, competition indicators, bid ranges, and other planning data are estimates supplied by Google and may change. Termicapital remains responsible for reviewing the information before making marketing or commercial decisions. Use must comply with Google Ads terms and policies.

5. User responsibilities and approvals
Authorized users are responsible for reviewing instructions and outputs before approving actions that affect another person or an external system. Email sending, file updates, calendar changes, and video uploads must be initiated or approved by authorized personnel.
Users must avoid submitting passwords, payment-card data, unnecessary personal data, or information they are not authorized to process.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The application is provided for internal operational support and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Outputs may contain errors or incomplete information and must be reviewed before they are relied upon. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Termicapital disclaims implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free results.
7. Suspension and termination
Termicapital may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, a user leaves the organization, credentials may be compromised, the application is misused, or continued operation presents a security or compliance risk. Connected users may also revoke Google authorization at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the application, Google API functions, or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will remain published at this URL.
