Application purpose
Private internal Google API application
Termicapital provides fractional CFO and financial operations services. These internal tools help authorized staff manage the company’s own marketing, communications, documents, scheduling, website measurement, and approved media publishing. They are not offered as software to customers and do not manage third-party Google accounts.
No external users
The application has no public login, no external user accounts, and no customer-facing API. Publishing it as External and In production is solely required by Google Ads API Basic Access policy.

Each workflow is limited to a specific internal business purpose and runs only with authorization from the connected Google account.
Google Ads
Research keyword ideas and historical planning metrics for Termicapital’s own Search campaigns and landing pages. The tool does not create or modify campaigns.
Gmail
Read, organize, draft, and send business email when an authorized Termicapital user requests or approves the action.
Google Drive
Find, read, create, and update internal business documents and files at the direction of an authorized user.
Google Calendar
Read and manage internal meetings and business events when requested by authorized personnel.
Google Contacts
Read contact information to identify intended recipients and support authorized communication workflows.
Google Search Console
Measure search performance and manage site verification for web properties owned by Termicapital.
YouTube
Read channel information and upload approved business videos to channels controlled by Termicapital.

Data handling and user control
Purpose limitation
Google user data is used only to provide the authorized internal workflow. It is not sold, used for advertising personalization, or used to create profiles for unrelated purposes.
Protected operation
Connections run from restricted infrastructure. Credentials are not exposed on this website, and operational reports do not include authentication credentials.
Human authorization
Actions with an external effect, such as sending email, updating a file, creating an event, or uploading a video, require an authorized user instruction or approval.
Revocation and deletion
An authorized user can revoke Google access from their Google Account and can contact Termicapital to request deletion of stored operational data associated with the connection.
