Termicapital Internal Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to Termicapital Internal Tools, a private application operated by Termicapital for its own business operations. The application is available only to authorized Termicapital personnel and technical operators. It has no public registration and does not provide Google API access to customers or other third parties.

The public application homepage is available at Termicapital Internal Tools. The specific Google Ads planning workflow is described at Google Ads keyword planning tool.

2. Google user data the application may access

The exact data accessed depends on the workflow authorized by the connected Google account. It may include:

  • Google Ads: Google Ads account identifiers, accessible-customer and hierarchy metadata, keyword ideas and historical planning metrics, competition levels, and bid ranges.
  • Gmail: Gmail messages and drafts, message metadata, labels, attachments, and outgoing messages created or sent through an authorized workflow.
  • Google Drive: Google Drive files and metadata, including file names, folders, sharing metadata, and file content required for an authorized task.
  • Google Calendar: Google Calendar event details, attendees, descriptions, times, and related meeting information.
  • Google Contacts: Google Contacts data used to identify intended recipients and support approved communications.
  • Search and verification: Search Console and site verification data for domains and properties owned by Termicapital.
  • YouTube: YouTube channel and video data, including channel identity, upload metadata, and videos uploaded through an approved internal workflow.

The application does not intentionally request health information, payment-card details, or other special-category personal data through these Google integrations.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to complete an internal workflow initiated or approved by authorized Termicapital personnel. Depending on the service, this includes researching keywords, preparing internal planning reports, reviewing or drafting business communications, organizing internal documents, managing meetings, measuring owned website performance, and publishing approved company media.

Termicapital does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising personalization, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling. Termicapital does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

4. Storage and security

Authorization credentials are stored in access-restricted files on private infrastructure and are not displayed on this public website. Access is limited to the system account and authorized operators. Application outputs may be stored in restricted internal directories or in the connected Google account when the authorized workflow requires it.

Termicapital applies purpose-based access, secret redaction, restricted filesystem permissions, and human approval for externally visible write actions. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but Termicapital uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this internal application.

5. Sharing and service providers

Termicapital does not disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by infrastructure, security, and AI service providers acting on Termicapital’s behalf solely to perform the authorized internal workflow. These providers are used as processors and are not permitted by Termicapital to use the data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Google user data is not submitted through the public website contact form and is not intentionally included in public web analytics. Termicapital may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the security and integrity of the application.

6. Retention and deletion

Operational outputs are retained only while needed for the internal business purpose for which they were generated, audit continuity, or legal obligations. Authorization credentials are retained until the relevant Google connection is revoked or no longer needed. Authorized personnel may delete stored reports or credentials when the workflow ends.

A connected user may request deletion of stored Google-derived data by contacting Termicapital. After a verified request, Termicapital will delete data that it controls unless retention is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Google API Limited Use disclosure

Termicapital’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is limited to providing or improving the authorized user-facing internal workflow and is not used for prohibited purposes.

8. User choices and revocation

OAuth access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google Account’s third-party connections page. An authorized user can also contact Termicapital to disconnect the application, delete locally stored authorization credentials, or request deletion of associated operational data.

Revoking access prevents future Google API requests but does not automatically delete reports or records already created. Those can be addressed through a separate deletion request.

9. Changes to this policy

Termicapital may update this policy when the application’s workflows, Google API access, processors, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL.

10. Contact

Questions, access revocation requests, and deletion requests can be sent to contacto@termicapital.com. Please do not include passwords, authorization codes, financial records, or other sensitive content in the initial email.
